My belief, for whatever it is worth, is that the more you can do for yourself naturally, the better off you are. Not that there's anything wrong with modern medicine, but, in my experience, natural remedies that work tend to put less stress on your body, have fewer toxic side effects, and are easiest to incorporate into daily life.

- Ginseng
- Echinacea
- Oregan.
Not to mention that these types of antibiotics usually taste better or involve less pain to administer than chemicals and pills, both to the body and the wallet.
