These include walnuts, lemon, green juice, brazil nuts, kale, cashews, almonds, avocado, pumpkin seeds, almonds, and several other natural foods. Please note that all foods have different effects on people, they may be good for one thing and bad for another thing, and some people are allergic to certain foods.
Eat lots of nuts if you can, they are good for your blood pressure, too!
